About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media channels.
- Manage order processing and tracking activities.
- Maintain customer records using CRM tools and Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely customer support and regular follow-ups. Skill(s) required
