This role is about owning revenue impact, optimizing acquisition efficiency, and scaling marketplaces and performance channels in a structured, data-driven way.
Drive revenue impact across performance and marketplace channels.
Work closely with marketplace account managers to unlock growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google – Core Focus)
Own and scale Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end.
Lead creative testing in collaboration with internal teams.
Optimize landing pages and funnel performance.
Track performance daily across key metrics and cohorts.
Translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Manage relationships with Google POCs, Meta reps, and marketplace account managers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Supply, and Creative teams.
3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience scaling Meta and Google budgets at meaningful levels.
- Highly analytical with strong command over Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
- Clear experimentation cadence and measurable performance improvements.
