We are hiring experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in the Insurance Domain for a leading organization. If you have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, reporting, analytics, and data-driven transformation projects, this opportunity is for you.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and requirement documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Experience with QlikView / Qlik Sense for analytics & reporting
- Strong understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Experience working in Insurance Domain projects
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into analytical specifications
Technical Skills Required:
- SQL, DBT, and Snowflake
- Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense)
- Data Analysis & Querying
- Data Modelling & Metrics Logic
- ETL / ELT Concepts
- Data Warehousing & Data Lakes
- Process Documentation & Data Dictionaries
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
