Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources

Company Description Vutto is a new startup (backed by a marquee Angels & VCs) disrupting the used two-wheeler market in India. With our full-stack model, we offer a seamless and trustworthy platform for buying and selling of used bikes.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Associate at our Delhi office. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. 2 years of experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing for various roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is an advantage
