Assistant Director of Housing Management
YOGADA HOUSING PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a real estate company based out of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We specialize in providing high-quality housing solutions and take pride in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our office is located on the 5th floor, Room No. We strive to create sustainable and affordable housing projects for our clients.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kolkata. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housing projects, coordinating with different departments, managing staff, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Project Management, Team Coordination, and Budget Management skills
Experience in overseeing construction activities and staff supervision
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
