Sr. Engineer, Quality
Develop and maintain localization tools, scripts, and automated workflows to support translation of software, websites, apps, and multimedia content.
Prepare localization kits, extract translatable content, and reintegrate localized content into builds.
Implement internationalization (i18n) best practices in collaboration with software engineers and QA teams.
Analyze and debug localization-related issues in source code and content pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, QA, and linguists to optimize localization processes.
Ensure proper use of translation memory (TM), termbases (TB), and content segmentation rules.
Evaluate and implement tools for machine translation (MT), quality assurance, and content validation.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and training.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in localization engineering or software internationalization.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.

~ Experience with TMS platforms and CAT tools (e.g., Experience with software development in a commercial environment (e.g., Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum).
Experience with REST APIs for TMS integration.
Familiarity with accessibility, bidirectional languages (RTL), and multilingual QA processes.
