Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter specializing in non-IT roles to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment and possess a strong understanding of the US job market.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions in the US market.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
