Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee recruitment process to attract and hire talent.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
Provide guidance on performance management processes.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Conduct employee surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and performance.
Prepare reports for management on HR activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs across departments.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of training and development best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to HR.
- Experience in crafting HR policies and programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
