Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Fashion, or Interior Design. • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising and exhibition design (preferably in luxury or fashion). • Exceptional sense of aesthetics, space planning, and customer-focused merchandising. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and CAD. • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, sales-oriented design, and store layout optimization. Role Overview We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing visually engaging in-store displays, window designs, exhibitions, and retail layouts that elevate the brand experience and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a refined aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of customer psychology, and the ability to create immersive brand experiences across both retail and trade show environments. A strong grasp of spatial planning, design tools, and luxury market dynamics is essential. In-Store Visual Merchandising & Display Design • Design and implement engaging in-store displays and retail layouts to increase footfall and conversion. • Present jewellery collections with elegance and clarity to enhance visibility and customer interaction. • Align in-store visuals with seasonal marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. • Refresh displays regularly based on inventory turnover and evolving trends. Window Displays & Seasonal Concept Execution • Develop striking window displays that reflect the brand’s identity and attract attention. • Create seasonal, festive, and thematic displays for high-value collections. • Exhibition & Trade Show Visual Merchandising (B2C & B2B) • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of B2B and B2C exhibitions and trade show booths. • Design luxurious, brand-aligned exhibition spaces with functional visitor flow and product display zones. • Coordinate with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation and media visibility. Store Layout & Customer Experience Optimization • Optimize store layouts and zoning to support a seamless customer journey. • Ensure that store lighting, furniture, and visual props enhance the jewellery’s appeal. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with retail, sales, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints. • Develop and share visual merchandising guidelines and best practices. • Conduct training for store staff on brand presentation, customer interaction, and display maintenance. Trend Research & Innovation • Stay abreast of emerging trends in visual merchandising, luxury retail, and exhibition design. • Explore innovative display techniques, digital integrations, and interactive merchandising tools. • Promote sustainable and cost-effective visual merchandising solutions.
