QC/QA Inspector

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electrical/electronic components, Mechanical/Electrical assemblies, and products.

Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.

Record and maintain inspection results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and inspection checklists.

Ensure proper calibration of inspection tools and measuring instruments.

Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).

Monitor compliance with 5S, HSE, and ISO standards in the workplace.

Coordinate with suppliers on non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions.

Experience in supplier quality inspection and vendor audits. j) Escalate quality issues to Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in Quality Inspection (Electrical/Electronic manufacturing / assembly industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience in measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometre, Multimeter, etc.).
• Exposure to wire harness / PCB / Sheetmetal/mechanical assembly inspections is desirable.
• Exposure to ISO audits, 5S implementation, and safety practices in Production.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection standards, and defect classification.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Proficiency in measurement instruments, gauges, and electrical testing tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and quality documentation practices.
