Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
Build and manage test suites for regression, upgrade, and functional testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test strategies.
Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolution and retesting.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management).
