Account Management Support Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The role involves handling billing, payments, taxation, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software (Tally )
- Record all financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts)
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
Billing & Invoicing
- Track receivables and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with sales team for billing accuracy
Payables Management
- Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Provide MIS reports to management
Payroll & Expenses
• Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions (PF, ESI)
Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel and office 365

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
