Head of Operations, Regional General Manager
Rs 3 - 12.5 lakhs p.a.Quick Turtle
1) Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales. 2) Knowledge of Broking Products, Insurance, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Provide branch personnel with training, c oaching, development, and motivation
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Location : Delhi, Vadodra, Vishakhapatnam, Trivendrum, Mumbai,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Surat,Chennai,Hyderabad,Bengaluru,Kochi,Pune
Candiate Profile :
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager Asst Branch Manager Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager ,
- Knowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- BS in Business Administration or related field
