Fresher Job
Build and maintain web scrapers for government procurement portals, project databases, and news sites (India + global).
Ensure scrapers run reliably with proper error handling, logging, and configuration.
Transform messy, unstructured data into clean, structured tables.
Follow internal data standards for projects, tenders, entities, locations, sectors, contract values, and timelines.
Use GenAI models (via APIs) to extract structured fields from PDFs, raw text, and semi-structured documents.
Classify projects/tenders into sectors and categories.
Implement basic data quality checks (duplicate detection, missing value validation, schema consistency).
Push cleaned and standardized data into PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and internal APIs.
Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth data pipeline operations.
Write clean, well-structured Python code with clear comments, configuration files, and logging.
Own real modules within Taiy 's production data mesh.

Flexible, startup-friendly work mindset.
2. 0–2 years experience (strong final-year students with relevant projects welcome).
Strong Python programming (requests/ BeautifulSoup/lxml, pandas, regex).
Web scraping experience; familiarity with Scrapy, Playwright, or Selenium.
Working with APIs, JSON, CSV, and basic SQL.
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or any relational DB.
Comfortable with Linux/CLI, Git, and virtual environments.
Ability to structure data into tables (projects, tenders, sectors, locations, values).
Implementing data cleaning, transformation, deduplication, and validation logic.
Probation: Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
5 days a week
