We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex fintech solutions. The role involves managing multiple interdependent projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the fintech domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Collaborate with SFB/NBFC partners to understand requirements and ensure successful solution deployment
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality outcomes
Ensure all programs adhere to financial regulations, security protocols, and industry standards relevant to NBFCs
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA from a premier institute along with an engineering degree in computer science would be a highly preferred combination
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech/financial services
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Fintech/Financial services domain
- Strong understanding of BFSI operations
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Understanding of lending platforms, payment systems, and financial software
Familiarity with data security standards and compliance requirements
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Excellence in stakeholder management and negotiation
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
