Role Overview :As an SAP Ariba Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex business procurement requirements and robust digital solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional client teams, procurement stakeholders, and technical architects to streamline source-to-pay processes. By leveraging your deep expertise in SAP Ariba and S/4 HANA, you will drive digital transformation, ensuring that organizations achieve greater spend visibility, operational efficiency, and seamless integration across their global supply chain ecosystems. Your work directly impacts the bottom line by optimizing procurement cycles and enhancing vendor management capabilities for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities :- Lead full-cycle Ariba implementations, from blueprinting to go-live, ensuring that procurement workflows align perfectly with client business objectives.- Configure and customize Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules to automate sourcing, contract management, and invoice processing for improved organizational compliance.- Manage complex integrations between SAP Ariba, S/4 HANA, and SAP ECC using Ariba CIG to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization across the enterprise landscape.- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve system bottlenecks, ensuring high user adoption and system performance.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and deploying end-to-end SAP P2P processes, with a deep understanding of the integration points between SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and Ariba.- Proven ability to navigate Ariba CIG configurations, ensuring robust connectivity and data integrity between cloud and on-premise environments.- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, allowing for the rapid diagnosis of functional gaps and the development of effective, long-term resolutions.- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba environments, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.- High degree of adaptability to work across multiple locations, including Bhubaneshwar, Punjab, or remote setups, maintaining consistent productivity and collaboration in distributed team environments.- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant SAP Ariba certifications.
