Sales Manager - Building

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets in line with company objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and capture growth opportunities.

Expand the customer base and enhance market share through targeted business development initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Set individual and team KPIs and regularly monitor performance through structured reviews and coaching.

Supervise daily sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
