Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, particularly BigQuery and DataProc (PySpark) , along with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using GCP services.
Work extensively with BigQuery for data modeling, query optimization, and analytics.
Develop and manage data processing workflows using DataProc (PySpark).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance across platforms.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
Strong expertise in GCP BigQuery and DataProc (PySpark).
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based ETL design.
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Good To Have
Experience working with Informatica or other ETL tools.
Exposure to GCP Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and other GCP components.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
