Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the overall health and performance of the VDI environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VDI systems.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of VDI solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for VDI management and maintenance.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in VDI security and compliance.
Provide training and support to end-users on VDI systems and applications.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of VDI technologies and platforms.
Experience with system administration tasks such as patching, backups, and monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
