Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce the offering
2. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, answer questions, and resolve doubts
3. Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the enrollment process
4. Schedule discovery calls or demos based on availability and ensure follow-up
5. Document all interactions, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system
