We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner who is as comfortable sourcing a Senior Backend Engineer as they are closing high-volume Delivery or Operations roles. This is a role for a 'recruiting athlete'—someone who has the technical depth to understand complex stacks and the execution grit to handle non-tech hiring at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Spectrum Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from Engineering and Product to Ops and Delivery.
Strategic Sourcing: Deploy tailored strategies for different needs—leveraging GitHub/Stack Overflow for tech talent and diverse job boards/referrals for non-tech roles.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers across the board, helping them define JDs, calibrate requirements, and set realistic hiring timelines.
Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous screening for technical aptitude (for tech roles) and culture/operational fit (for non-tech roles).
Data-Driven Recruiting: Maintain impeccable data hygiene and use hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the funnel.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, regardless of the role level, has a transparent and professional interview journey.

What We're Looking For
