This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
