Sales Engineer - Electronics

Role: Techno-Sales Associate (Entry Level) – Pune & Coimbatore

We are looking for a Techno‑Sales person who is early in their career (intern / fresher / up to 1 year experience) and is equally comfortable with technology and communication. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, can write clearly, and wants to grow into a high‑impact sales or customer-facing role in B2B tech.

Recent graduate or final-year student (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields preferred).

• 1-2 year of experience in sales / pre‑sales / customer success / internships in tech or SaaS.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi (and regional language is a plus, e.g., Marathi/Tamil).
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple language to non‑technical people.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people (on phone, video calls, and in person).

Make outbound calls, messages, and emails to prospective customers in assigned regions.

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and current processes.

Schedule and coordinate demos, meetings, and site visits for the senior sales / technical team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and status updates in CRM or tracking tools.

Support in creating sales collateral: short writeups, case-study drafts, and presentation inputs.

Collect feedback from customers and pass it to product and operations teams.

Skills and qualities we value

Strong communication: clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing.

Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, email tools, CRMs.

Discipline in documenting work and keeping data up to date.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings or customer visits when needed.

Hands-on exposure to B2B tech / industrial solutions and real customers.

Close mentorship from senior sales, product, and operations leaders.

Clear path to grow into full-fledged Sales / Business Development / Customer Success roles.
