About The Fresh Factory The Fresh Factory, an ingredient forward cafe cum retail store in Lucknow, is expanding to Bangalore as the next stop. The Fresh Factory showcases and serves food, beverages and ingredients that support clean eating using high quality ingredients (local and global). Our community-driven approach is at the heart of what we do.
We're looking for a Community Manager who will be the face and voice of The Fresh Factory , ensuring that our brand remains dynamic, engaging, and well-connected. This role requires someone who thrives on building relationships, orchestrating exciting events, and creating strong associations with brands, partners, and customers.
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
~ Identify and establish collaborations with like-minded brands, farmers, and conscious businesses.
Community Engagement & Customer Relations
Act as the go-to person for our community—engage with customers both online and offline.
Gather feedback, understand community needs, and relay insights to internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and oversee in-store and off-site events that drive engagement and sales.
Ensure a consistent event calendar is followed, keeping the brand energy high.
Social Media & Content Collaboration
~ Work closely with the social media team to align on event promotions, collaborations, and community stories.
Networking & Trendspotting -
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and what's buzzing in the clean food, wellness, and lifestyle space.
Network with people who can add value to The Fresh Factory—whether they are chefs, wellness experts, artists, or entrepreneurs.
You have 3+ years of experience in community management, events, brand partnerships, or a similar role.
You love networking and can build strong relationships with brands, customers, and industry insiders.
You don't mind traveling between outlets to maintain energy and engagement across locations.
