UI Engineer (React.js)

Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new React-based front-end application- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and intuitive interfaces- Translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code- Build scalable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and performance- Optimize UI for maximum speed and scalability- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code- Identify and troubleshoot performance and usability issues- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisionsRequired Skills & Experience :- 7+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong focus on React.js- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with back-end systems- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)- Experience with version control systems like Git- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the front-end buildNice to Have :- Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and debugging techniques- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) (ref:hirist.tech)
