One of esteemed clients in Vadodara hiring a Director of Client Services to lead and scale our offshore teams in Vadodara . This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, enhancing client experience, and building a high-performing delivery function for our MSP staffing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor offshore client services teams.
Drive team productivity, performance, and training.
Collaborate with US Directors for account planning and client success.
Provide operational support and ensure top-notch customer experience.
Scale the team to meet business growth with strategic hiring.
Own client relationships and deliver results that exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of staffing experience; 5+ in team leadership roles.
- Strong MSP operations knowledge and client-facing background.
- Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
