Business Development Consultant Location: Shift Timings :- 12:30 PM to 9:30PM

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's, ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business development targets.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and client feedback. Analyze date to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the recruitment/healthcare recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry, particularly in relation to nursing staffing and interim contracts is a plus.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
