Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable banking & lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms)- Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend- Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture- Develop responsive UI using Angular or React- Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact- Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions- Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices- Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS)Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5-8 years of experience in software development- Strong experience in lending domain proven hands-on expertise :i. .NET Core, Web APIsii. Microservices architectureiii. Angular or React- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills- Experience with SQL Server- Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems- Demonstrated significant contribution to AI-driven application development, such as :i. Designing and implementing AI-powered features within productsii. Integrating ML models / AI APIs into production systemsiii.
