Solution Architect – Business & UX-Focused (Low-Tech, High-Concept) Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect who can deeply understand business problems, collaborate closely with UX designers to shape user-centric wireframes, and envision solutions that can be clearly articulated to customers—even without deep technical detail. This role blends business analysis, conceptual solutioning, UX thinking, and presales storytelling to craft solutions that inspire customer confidence and drive deal success.

Collaboration with UX/UI Designers
Partner with UX designers to convert ideas into wireframes, workflows, personas, and prototypes .
Ensure UX flows reflect the business logic and the envisioned solution.
Provide narrative context for UX teams to ensure customer-friendly design.
Create pitch decks, solution walkthroughs, use-case narratives, and proposal content.
Define value propositions, solution differentiators, and high-level implementation approaches.
Required Skills & Experience
Business & UX Skills
Strong understanding of business workflows, process mapping, and customer journey analysis.
Experience working with UX teams (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch exposure is a plus).
Ability to pitch solutions to non-technical stakeholders with ease.
Experience in client-facing or presales roles preferred.
Understanding of modern solutioning concepts (APIs, cloud apps, automation, genAI solutions, etc.) Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across UX, business, and delivery teams.
6–12 years of experience in business solutioning, product conceptualization, consulting, or presales.

• Experience in industries like BFS, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a bonus.
• Degree in business, engineering, UX, or related field.
