We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to support our team with recruitment, employee relations, and policy management. This role is fully remote and requires a motivated professional who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
