Retail Operations (Mandatory skill): Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing diverse retail operations, ensuring seamless store functioning and compliance with company standards.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering outstanding customer experience, resolving concerns, and fostering customer loyalty within high-volume retail environments.
Global Leadership (Mandatory skill): Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising multicultural teams, setting clear expectations, and driving high performance in a dynamic retail sector.
Visual Merchandising: Skilled in designing compelling displays, product placements, and store layouts to maximize customer engagement and sales conversions.
