Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CTO)

1. Technology Strategy & Vision

Develop and execute the overall technology roadmap aligned with company goals.

Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and the adoption of modern technologies (AI, cloud, CRM, analytics).

Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

2. Product & Platform Development

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of internal and customer-facing platforms (booking systems, CRM, mobile apps, website, vendor portals).

Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of all systems.

Introduce new digital products to enhance booking, payments, customer support, and travel management.

3. Team Leadership & Management

Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering, IT, and product teams.

Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Oversee hiring, training, and skill development across the technical department.

4. Technology Infrastructure & Operations

Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and data security protocols.

Ensure reliable IT operations and quick resolution of technical issues.

Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of enterprise solutions.

5. Data, Security & Compliance

Implement strong data governance, privacy practices, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including data protection laws.

Use analytics and reporting tools to provide business insights and decision-making support.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with business, operations, sales, finance, and marketing teams to align technology with business needs.

Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners, and agencies.

Participate in strategic planning and contribute to company-wide decision-making.
