Senior Penetration Tester - Cybersecurity

Through integrating security into the entire product lifecycle—from concept to deployment—we help protect farmers’ data, ensure product integrity, and support AGCO’s commitment to smart farming innovation. By implementing penetration testing during the product lifecycle and collaborating and coordinating with other security, engineering, and product teams, this team is able to be a contributor ensuring AGCO delivers secure, high-tech agricultural solutions that empowers farmers globally.

Perform penetration tests on AGCO’s products (web, sw, and hw)
Research and design tools and methodologies to identify security findings (vulnerabilities) and/or gaps in AGCO products and systems.
Lead preparation and coordination activities required for testing activities.
Contribute to team’s technical strategic direction to include knowledge of compliance, best practices, and emerging techniques for security exploitation and validation for technology used at the company

Your Experience and Qualifications
At least 5 years or more professional experience in cyber security (penetration) testing (both manual and automated)and/or evaluation with a focus in one or more of the following areas:

web applications, services, and cloud platforms,
Artificial Intelligence,
embedded software and hardware (vehicle experience included),
Strong knowledge, experience, and background about global and country cybersecurity legislation, vulnerabilities, security gaps, and exploitation techniques best practices (OWASP Top 10s, NIST and ISO Cybersecurity, Vehicle, and AI standards, CIS Benchmarks, IEEE, CREST, PTES, OSSTMM, etc)
A relevant technical degree and/or professional experience and certifications (OSCP, OSWE, Pen Test+, CEH, PNPT, Cloud Security/Architect Certs, and etc)
Strong technical writing skills, strong presentation and briefing skills, and/or experience with multi-media technical presentations (videos) to different audiences (no technical knowledge to high technical competencies) about cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exploits
