Business Development Executive - Media Sales

WOW Advertisement specializes in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising solutions that offer flexible and innovative options for businesses. With centrally managed screens across Gujarat & Transit media between Gujarat and Maharashtra.WOW Advertisement enables advertisers to deliver targeted campaigns within minutes in high-traffic locations such as malls, outdoor spaces, and commercial areas. WOW serves diverse industries like finance, automotive, FMCG, retail, real estate, and education. The team is built on the principle of balancing hard work with smart work, ensuring impactful solutions for businesses of all sizes.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat,Ahmedabad,Rajkot & Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized advertising solutions, and analyzing market trends to ensure optimal performance of campaigns.

Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
Strategic thinking and market research skills to identify new business opportunities and trends
Knowledge of digital advertising or out-of-home marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in relevant software tools for creating reports and presentations
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is an advantage
