AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning trading & liquidity management, digital assets research, marketing, investment solutions, risk management, account management, mid/back-office, product management, technology & engineering, IT support, finance and human resources.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Investment Manager (with portfolio managing experience) with structured product & derivatives background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on digital assets, managing discretionary mandates on both digital and traditional assets (bonds, equities), delta-1 tracker certificates (ETPs), non-linear structured products & crypto derivatives, and third-party products/funds assessment. This role requires close interaction with our APAC and EMEA team to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies.
Manage dynamic option strategies on digital assets on behalf of discretionary mandate or direct clients.
Manage discretionary mandates on digital and traditional assets (bonds & equities).
Develop and oversee delta-1 tracker certificates (ETPs) and structured products on digital assets. The role requires managing operational tasks such as settlements, regulatory and legal oversight for product development and collaborating effectively with operations, market risk, credit, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to standards.
Manage the entire life cycle of structured products on digital assets.
Liaise and collaborate with the EMEA and APAC sales team to align investment strategies with local market needs.
Monitor market trends and developments in digital assets to inform investment decisions, design new investment products (BTC Alpha or Absolute Return Strategies).
Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and tailored investment solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance and market analysis.
Act as a backup to the Head of Investment Solutions in maintaining and supporting client relationships, including sales when required.
Leverage proven expertise in investment solutions, derivatives, or structured products to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities when necessary.
Higher education combined with 6+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry. CFA is a plus.
Proven track record as a portfolio or investment manager on traditional and/or digital assets.
Passion for digital assets and the passion to promote this emerging new asset class
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Programming skills in R, Python, or Matlab are nice to have.
