Customer Success Agent - Weekend Shift

Training and onboarding of students post-sales
Initiating regular calls with students to track their progress
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Acting as the customer's voice for Zell's internal teams and collaborating to improve products and services based on student feedback
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success role
Proven experience handling challenging situations and turning them into positive outcomes
Strong empathy for customers and a genuine passion for customer success
Experience using omnichannel ticketing systems like Kapture, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow (preferred)
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts ( one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday — will be a working day )
