We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that expectations are clearly understood, deliverables are aligned, and projects progress smoothly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business requirements, expectations, and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to translate client requirements into clear project briefs and actionable deliverables.
Manage projects from planning and execution through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Prepare project schedules, track milestones, follow up on deliverables, and communicate progress to clients and relevant internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with creative, operations, sales, marketing, technology, or other teams as required to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively identify potential project delays, client concerns, or operational challenges and work toward timely resolutions.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide updates regarding project status, deliverables, and pending requirements.
Handle client feedback professionally and coordinate with internal teams to incorporate relevant changes.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, project documentation, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, meeting notes, and other client-facing documents.
Participate in client meetings, understand action items, and ensure timely closure of agreed deliverables.
Monitor project progress and ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement, improve service quality, and increase client satisfaction.
Escalate critical issues to senior team members when required and assist in finding practical solutions.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance client servicing and project management efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, project coordination, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with project management or CRM tools is preferred.
