HR Project Partner
Position Overview: The Human Resources- Benefits Executive/Senior Benefits Executive will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in benefits administration. S. and Canada employees, addressing benefits-related issues, responding to employee inquiries via email and phone, and executing various assigned duties and projects. Coordinate and manage tasks and communications related to benefits projects.
Ensure the financial accuracy of health insurance premiums, generate necessary reports, manage data, and resolve employee benefits issues.
Liaise with vendors and brokers to resolve ongoing issues and plan future projects.
Reconcile monthly health insurance premiums and process related payments.
Utilize database and V-lookup reports to reconcile new hires, terminations, and other changes.
Investigate benefits-related variances, identify their causes, and collaborate with internal or external partners for corrective action.
Conduct regular audits of enrollments, eligibility, and HSA/FSA funding on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Benefits Manager.
Proficiency in computer and technical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with HRIS and benefits databases is preferred.
Demonstrated project and team management or leadership experience.
Strong planning and priority-setting skills, with the capability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure to meet deadlines.
Understanding of benefits contract language.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
MBA in Human Resources is preferred but not required.
Two to four years of experience in benefits or employee benefits administration.
