Salesforce Developer (m/w/d)

Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions- Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and development of new Salesforce modules- Perform root cause analysis and provide short-term and long-term technical fixes- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applicationsRequired Skills :- Primary Skill : Salesforce Sales Cloud Development- Secondary Skills : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts- Experience in integrations, workflows, and automation (Flows, Triggers)- Good problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
