Deliver high-energy, engaging, and outcome-driven training for Product Training (classroom & virtual)
- Design, develop, and update training content, decks, assessments, SOPs, and learning materials
- Drive behavioral change, skill enhancement, and performance improvement through structured training interventions
- Apply creative and innovative training methodologies such as role-plays, simulations, activities, and gamification
- Conduct new hire training, refresher programs, upskilling sessions, and process.
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, certifications, feedback, and post-training performance metrics
3–8 years of experience as a Trainer in US Voice / International BPO / SaaS-based environments
- Proven expertise in training delivery, facilitation, and classroom management
- Hands-on experience in training content development and curriculum design
- High enthusiasm, passion, and zeal for training and people development
