Night Assistant Manager
Group Bayport
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HDPE/LDPE extrusion and woven/PVC-coated fabric production.
Leadership and team management skills.
Production planning and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality standards and process control.
Basic computer knowledge.
Night Shift In-Charge Duties
Act as the overall in-charge of the production unit during the night shift.
Supervise operators, technicians, and support staff; ensure discipline and adherence to shift schedules.
Coordinate shift handover with the day team, ensuring clear communication of production status and pending jobs.
Quality, Cost & Process Control
Implement quality control checks to minimize rework, wastage, and production errors.
Monitor material consumption and control wastage to support cost optimization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and workflows.
