Overview Of The Role

As a Senior Development Engineer - FrontEnd Technologies, you would mentor the project development team. The role includes owning, designing, and developing end-to-end features and modules. Additionally, you will be involved in designing UI components and writing and maintaining reusable code.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex web applications optimised for various devices and browsers.

Build interactive features using JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

Work closely with designers to ensure that the application's interface meets user expectations and demands to create amazing user experiences.

Mentor the team by actively participating in code reviews, supporting their growth in technical responsibilities, and helping to remove any roadblocks they encounter.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, including designers, product owners, and backend developers.

Effectively communicate with the lead/stakeholders, conveying project progress and addressing concerns to support transparency and alignment.

Align with the organization's business goals, contributing to the company's overall success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in FrontEnd development, with 2-3 years of expertise in React.Js.
• Hands-on experience working with HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Object Oriented Javascript, React, Redux Saga/Thunk.
• Expertise in JS (ES6), Low-Level Design, Responsive Web Design, Code Standardisation and optimization.
• Should have experience in building responsive and accessible web applications.
• Knowledge of other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries e.g. Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js is preferred.
• Familiarity with System Design, Micro-FrontEnd & CSS architecture.
• Acquainted with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence (or similar tracking tool).
• Basic understanding of Devops & DataBase concepts, BackEnd Technologies is required.
