Job Title: Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP)
Industry: Premium NBFC | Secured Lending
We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role , responsible for generating business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring quality customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless loan processing.
Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure superior customer experience.
Ensure quality sourcing and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
2–6 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales .
- Experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the local market in the preferred location.
- Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
