ENGLISH speaking - Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, creating and implementing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing sales efforts to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
Analytical thinking and ability to develop data-driven strategies
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Graduation
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred)
Post-Graduation
- MBA in Marketing (optional, preferred)
Any sales or industrial marketing course will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati preferred
Languages Known
English, Hindi, Gujarati
Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales
