Project Manager - Planning

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions

Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (required)

master's degree in electrical engineering or project management (preferred)

Experience

~ 10-15 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry - Proven track record in managing electrical projects
