Financial Analyst, Accounting
Rs 4 - 7 lakhs p.a.Creative Hands Hr
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements, business performance metrics, and market trends.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for projects and investments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements.
Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 1-3 years or more) in financial analysis or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
