Design Leadership & Project Delivery
. Translate the Design Director's creative vision into clear, actionable design strategies
Oversee all phases of design projects, including concept development, space planning,
Ensure design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, and brand requirements

• Review and approve design packages, specifications, drawings, and presentations
• Maintain design intent throughout procurement, construction, and project opening
• Team Leadership & People Management
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and professional development

planning
. Empower team members to proactively identify, flag, and resolve design and project
Build a strong design culture ('Build the Guild') that encourages collaboration,
Partner closely with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and
Ensure design solutions are clearly communicated to the broader design and
Project & Operational Management

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all design deliverables
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
. 8-10+ years of professional interior design experience, including leadership or people
management experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality, and technically sound work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe

Creative Suite, etc.)

• Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding design on high-profile projects
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail
• Project and people management expertise
