Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Perform daily operations including bank reconciliations, trade matching, settlements, and post-settlement activities.

Maintain high data accuracy in portfolio management systems (e.g., Collaborate with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to support investment operations and reporting.

Gain knowledge of various securities (equities, bonds, FX, derivatives) through on-the-job training.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Experience: 1+ year in financial services, banking, or investment operations (entry-level acceptable).

Previous experience in a bank or investment management firm.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

S. business hours (night shift for LATAM regions).

Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment (for remote roles). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of financial operations and bank reconciliation.

Understanding of trade lifecycle and asset classes is a plus.
