Production Administrator & Coordinator - Manufacturing

Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality assurance, and team management.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Coordinate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize production processes.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management on performance and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive team performance and engagement.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address production issues and implement effective solutions.
