Illustrator / Graphic Designer

Develop engaging visual designs for both online and offline platforms, including social media and packaging.- Direct stunning graphics for all aspects of our mobile games, including in-game graphics & 2D assets, App Store icons, screenshots, & feature graphics, cross-promotion images, and Facebook/Google Ads graphics.- You will work closely with the Art Lead to plan & identify all the graphic requirements they may have for an upcoming game update or a new launch.- Drive art creation and ensure a unified vision is maintained in graphic production.- Keep informed about the latest advances in game art technique and technology.- Should have an eye for perfection, with effective art reviews, and must ensure the quality of the art is top-notch.- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various media, including print, digital, social, and video- Build internal partnerships with the marketing team to develop collateral, event graphics, iconography, web content, e-vites, presentations, tradeshow infographics, and other additional projects as needed- Design and develop layouts and make revisions based on requester feedback- Use modern design software to create and edit high-quality images, illustrations, and layouts- Identify and recommend improvements in design processes, workflows, and production techniques- Develop and implement branding strategies and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and quality across all materials- Keep up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and software- Ensure that all designs meet the creative and technical requirements of the project and are completed within deadlines- Create various visual elements such as logos, illustrations, posters, brochures, and other brand materials. Craft creative and innovative packaging solutions.- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.- Interpret briefs to create compelling design solutions that align with brand guidelines.- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and/or Head of Marketing to understand project scope and objectives.- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity through adherence to the Brand Book and design guidelines.- Qualifications :- Must have a degree in graphic design or a related field from a reputed institute is highly desirable.- Full-time certification or a diploma in graphic design is desirable and preferredSkills :- Proven experience in graphic design is essential.- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW), as well as knowledge of Canva and other designing tools.- Strong sense of aesthetics in colour and typography.-
